Hotel policy
Check-in: after 14:00 /Earlier check-in is free of charge and is possible upon availability and is subject to additional confirmation by the Hotel/
Check-out: until 12:00 /Late check-out request should be communicated with the Hotel and is subject to additional payment of 30% of the room rate /
Payment methods: The hotel accepts payments in cash (local currency – BGN or EUR), with debit or credit cards. The room rate is payable at the time of check-in. Payments by bank transfer are possible only after confirmation by the Sales&Marketing Department.
